Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction​

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the hiring of uniform kit (“Kit”) by you (the “Hirer”) from www.threesixtyfilmservices.co.uk (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By hiring a Kit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.​

2. Booking and Confirmation​

a. A booking enquiry made by the Hirer does not constitute a formal hire agreement until it is confirmed in writing by us and any required deposit has been received.​

b. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.​

3. Hire Fees and Payment​

a. All hire fees will be clearly communicated to the Hirer at the time of booking.​

b. Payment should be made in full before the dispatch of the Kit unless agreed otherwise.​

c. We accept various payment methods, details of which will be provided at the time of booking.​

4. Security Deposit​

a. A security deposit may be required, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of booking.​

b. The desosit will be returned to the Hirer upon the safe and undamaged return of the Kit, subject to inspection.​

5. Delivery and Collection​

a. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.​

b. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the safe receipt of the Kit.​

c. Collection of the Kit, if arranged by us, will incur charges which will be communicated upfront.​

6. Use of the Kit​

a. The Kit is provided for the explicit purpose of use in TV and Film services and should not be used for any other purpose.​

b. Any alteration, modification, or damage to the Kit is strictly prohibited unless given explicit written consent.​

c. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that all Kit is used safely and appropriately by competent individuals.​

7. Return of the Kit​

a. Kit must be returned by the agreed-upon date. Late returns will incur additional charges.​

b. Kit should be returned in the same condition they were hired, barring general wear and tear. Any damages or losses will be deducted from the security deposit.​

8. Liability​

a. The Hirer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, costs, damages, and judgments arising out of the Kit’s use or possession during the hire period.​

b. Our liability for any claim, loss, damage, or expense is limited to the hire fee paid by the Hirer.​

9. Termination​

We reserve the right to terminate the hire agreement with immediate effect and demand the immediate return of the Kit if these Terms are breached.​

10. Cancellation​

Cancellation policies, including any associated fees, will be communicated at the time of booking.​

11. Data Protection​

All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.​

12. Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.​

13. Disputes​

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the hire of the Kit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.​
